Introduction

Thanks for using our products and services ("Services"). The Services are provided by ILINIX LLC ("Ilinix"), located at 1525 S Higley Rd Suite 104 Gilbert, Arizona 85296 United States.

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

Using our services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

Don't misuse our Services. For example, don't interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don't remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Collect and use personal information

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share with us. Where you give us a mobile number, we use it only to send the text messages described under SMS Notifications below, and for no other purpose.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are collected inside the application you signed up for. Consent given in one application is never used to send messages from another.

SMS Notifications

By opting into SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages relating to your account and to the services you use, such as service status alerts and one-time sign-in codes. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Your phone number is used solely for these purposes, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message, and reply "HELP" for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer support, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Calendar data (Front Desk)

Front Desk, our AI receptionist, can connect to a business owner's Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar so it can offer callers open appointment times and book the one they choose. Connecting a calendar is optional and is done by the owner, who signs in with Google or Microsoft and approves access.

What we access. We read only your free/busy information: the start and end times of the periods when you are busy. We do not read the titles, descriptions, locations or attendees of your existing events. We create an event in your calendar only when a caller books an appointment, and that event contains only the appointment details the caller gave.

How we use it. Busy times are looked up during a call, used by the receptionist to offer only open times, and then discarded; we do not store them. We keep the identifier of each appointment we create, so that the same booking is never made twice, and an encrypted credential that lets Front Desk reach your calendar until you disconnect it. Front Desk runs on Amazon Web Services, which processes this data on our behalf.

What we never do. We do not sell calendar data, use it for advertising, use it to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or use it for any purpose other than offering and booking appointments for you. No person at Ilinix reads it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. The license described under Your content in our services does not apply to calendar data.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect your calendar at any time in Front Desk's settings, or by removing Front Desk's access in your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or Microsoft account. When you disconnect, we delete the stored credential. Appointments already booked stay in your calendar, because they are yours.

Front Desk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, including phone numbers used for SMS notifications. Your data will be stored securely, and you have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

Privacy and copyright protection

Ilinix's privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Ilinix can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process set out in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can find information about submitting notices and Ilinix's policy about responding to notices in our Help Center.

Your content in our services

Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Ilinix (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added to Ilinix Maps). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.
