You can pay for your subscription using any major credit/debit card (via Stripe) or with your Paypal account. We don't support cryptocurrencies or invoicing at this time.
If you'd like a refund please reach out to us at the Help Center. If you need technical help with the service before a refund please get in touch with the support tean to resolve the issue.
Our service makes real phone call and/or customer transaction. This validates that your customers can reach you and they are being serviced as expected. If we find an issue, email and SMS alerts can be sent to your support staff so they can proactively address the issue before it becomes "customer impacting".
