The engagement process

A migration project follows a streamlined process closely throughout the engagement lifecycle. Providers work with the customer and partners across multiple structured stagesleading to a successful implementation of an AI-powered contact center solution.

  • Discovery: Its objective is to understand the customer background, identify key stakeholders and map the current IT environment.
  • Evaluate and Develop: After assessing the fit of a project for a cloud solution, we need to prove the technical viability and business value of the project.
  • Proposal: Once the negotiation is done and the customer is excited about the proposal, the team can now work to ensure the successful implementation of the project into production.
  • Migration and Implementation: It's exactly what it says.

A contact center project is not just about technology. Ultimately, we are implementing business and cultural changes as well as technological ones, so it’s important we give enough focus to helping people adapt to the new way of working and enable them to make the most out of the new solution.
